.htaccess под 3.2 Те, которые создадутся в расширениях. Кстати, не только страницы, а любые адреса из расширений
Миграция 3.08 -> 3.2* через тему - это готовый
.htaccess, используйте его.htaccess от 3.2, разберитесь что и зачем там записано, потом возьмите часть из старого .htaccess с редиректами от сео-мода, скопируйте тот код в нужное место и измените там тип редиректов на 301, плюс лишние части адресов можно почиститьКеш, кеш, кеш, и ещё раз кеш. И перезапуск браузера. И ещё раз перезапуск. Пока не заработает
.htaccess кешируется очень надёжно, даже слишкомforum_uri просто нет, так что у вас всё это время первый вариант .htaccess может обрабатываться Работает, но не меняется. Странно
