Если при установке указывали префикс отличный от phpbb_, то поменяйте на свой.

в моде неправильно написано время установки. я уже полчаса бьюсь и даже программы phpmyadmin еще не скачал. А там время стоит установки - 10 минут. Наверное разработчик - осьминог, по-другому так быстро на клавиши жать - невозможно!

Доступ к базе достаем обычно через PHPMySQLAdmin. Так что изучайте конфигурационную панел у хостера.
Можно конечно попробовать попросить хостера сделать это ручками, но ИМХО могут обидится.

Митяй, создавай файл glance_db_update.php в корневой папке форума, в него копируй код, что ниже, и запускай. Никакого знания sql не требуется.

Coagulant - отлично! Все прописалось, спасибо, надо может это в faq занести, если такой существует.

А мод какой то недоработанный, пришлось с английского на русский править, можно ведь было сразу для каждого языка свой код прописать...
